Arcfab is a Pune-based manufacturer of automated car parking systems, engineered and built at our factory in Chakan MIDC. Founded in 2014, we help builders, developers, and property owners turn constrained footprints into more parking — reliably, and for the long term.

What we build

Our core ranges — the Stack Parker and Puzzle Parker — stack vehicles across multiple levels, above and below grade, to recover parking that a conventional layout leaves on the table. We also manufacture power control panels for our systems and to order. Every system is designed, fabricated, and quality-checked in-house.

Engineering-led, from design to handover

Arcfab is built on a mechanical-engineering foundation.  Founded by a mechanical engineer-Abhishek H. Rane. That shows up in how we work: we get involved at your design stage, sizing the right system and the maximum car count before the structure is fixed — not after. The result is parking that fits the building, instead of a building forced to fit the parking.

We stay after handover

A parking system is only as good as its uptime. That's why we back every installation with servicing and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — planned upkeep and responsive support that keep your system running for its full life.
